Yes. There is no change in MRP for what we sell online, it is the same as in the store. However, we do charge additional packing and handling charges.

At times, due to various technical issues, the payment may get debited, however, the payment may not have been credited to our account. In such cases, the amount usually, automatically returns to your mode of payment within 7 working days. If it does not, you may write to us with your name, address, ordered items and phone number to customercare@achalcashew.com and we will give you a status update on the order.

2 Package Damaged from Outside but Goods are not damaged/in good condition

While we ensure that the goods are packed to withstand any damage during transit, due to multiple exchange points involved there is likely to be a wear and tear of the outer packaging. Kindly check for missing/damaged goods immediately as you accept the package.

3 Goods Missing from the package

While we do our best to ensure that all the goods are packed as per the order, there may be cases of theft during transit.

Step 3: If all the items are invoiced and if any item is missing, contact us on customercare@achalcashew.com with the Invoice Copy
